Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), sent a cable of congratulations to Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) and SCW member, on receiving the Order of the Star of Italy, awarded to her by the Italian President, in recognition of her efforts to develop Bahraini-Italian ties.
HRH Princess Sabeeka hailed Dr. Rana’s continuous efforts in boosting international and diplomatic relations, wishing her success in her duties.
