Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, congratulated the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on the Kingdom of Bahrain's achievement of winning four medals at the Paris 2024 Olympics, including the most recent gold medal in the men's freestyle wrestling 97kg competition. His Royal Highness expressed his pride in Team Bahrain's successes at the Paris 2024 Olympics, made possible by the unlimited support and attention of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister commended the tireless efforts of His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa and his commitment to ensure that the Kingdom of Bahrain is always at the forefront of sports and athletics. His Royal Highness expressed his appreciation for the tireless efforts and commi tment of all members of the GSA and the Bahrain Olympic Committee, which helped elevate the Kingdom of Bahrain's standing in various sporting competitions.
