Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (49) of 2024, appointing directors at the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA), based on a proposal by the Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs. Article I The following shall be appointed in the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA): 1. Aqeel Alawi Mahfoodh Shubbar, as the Director of the Electricity Planning and Projects Directorate 2. Wafa Ali Al Harmasi Al Hajri, as the Director of the Purchasing and Supplies Directorate 3. Mahmood Radhi Ahmed Al Qumaish, as the Director of the General Services and Central Stores Directorate 4. Ahmed Najeeb Ahmed Al Jamea, as the Director of the Customer Services Directorate 5. Yusuf Sameeh Abdullah Al Khan, as the Director of the Financial resources and Services Directorate 6. Hani Salman Hubail Al Najjar, as the Director of the Information System Directorate Article II The Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs shall implement the pro visions of this edict, which shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
