Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi warned on Saturday that the nuclear safety situation at Ukraines Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) is deteriorating following a drone strike that hit the road around the plant site, which falls under the control of Russian forces. In this context, the Russian News Agency TASS said, "The Ukrainian drone dropped a shell on the road that runs along the power units outside the perimeter." adding that this posed a direct threat to the safety of personnel and the plant.
