Manama, Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Al Noaimi, the Minister of Information, held a number of bilateral meetings ahead of the 54th session of the Arab Information Ministers' Council to be hosted by the Kingdom. The information minister met with Ahmad Assaf, the General Supervisor of the Official Media in Palestine; Karam Gabr, the Head of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation (SCMR) in Egypt, and Ambassador Ahmed Rashid Khattabi, the Assistant Secretary-General and Head of the Media and Communication Sector at the Arab League. The meeting discussed key topics for the upcoming 54th session, emphasising joint coordination to implement Council resolutions and recommendations. They also reviewed the means to further develop cooperation between Bahrain and other Arab countries through the exchange of expertise to achieve common media Arab sector goals.
