The Information Ministry's Training Centre held a training session in cooperation with Batelco's Care Centre for Family Violence Cases.
The session titled "Management of Stress in the Work Environment", was presented by Iman Al Fella, family counselor, and trainer.
The training course covered work stress, employee coping strategies, psychological freedom technique, and stress-relieving exercises for positive life transformation.
