The second round of Iran's 12th parliamentary elections kicked off Friday across 15 provinces in the country. In this phase of the electoral process, 90 candidates are vying for 45 parliamentary seats. The runoff elections are held in 22 constituencies where the candidates had failed to receive an absolute majority (more than 50%) of votes during the first round held on March 1.
