The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced Wednesday the total oil exports achieved for the month of last April, according to the final statistics issued by the State Organization for Marketing of Oil (SOMO). The Ministry said, in a press statement, that the amount of crude oil exports amounted to 102.3 million barrels. According to the statement, the total quantities of crude oil exported for April from the oil fields in central and southern Iraq amounted to 100,921,250 barrels, while exports from the Qayyarah field were 1,016,962.
