New York, Iran's ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Amir-Saeed Iravani, said that Iran's response to Israel's assassination of Hamas former chief Ismail Haniyeh will be done with maximum surprising. In response to a journalist's question in this regard, Iravani said, according to IRNA 'The timing of Iran's response will be meticulously orchestrated to ensure that it occurs at a moment of maximum surprise' and this response must be carefully calibrated to avoid any possible adverse impact that could potentially influence a prospective ceasefire' in Gaza.' ''Iran's response must have two specific outcomes, the first is to punish the aggressor for its act of terrorism and infringements upon Iran's national sovereignty, and the second is to bolstering Iran's deterrence capabilities and prevent any future aggression,' Iravani added.
