Israeli warplanes have intensified their airstrikes on villages and towns in southern Lebanon, leading to several injuries. According to the Lebanese National News Agency, the air raids targeted southern villages and multiple buildings, including a structure in the Jal Al-Bahr area of Tyre district. The attack on this building resulted in five injuries, one of which was severe. Israeli aerial and drone assaults have continued in the vicinity of Tyre and its surrounding towns since last night and into this morning. Israeli airstrikes also hit the towns of Khraib, Khiam, and Kfarkela early this morning, resulting in more casualties. Lebanon has been facing Israeli aggression since October 2023. However, in recent days, Israel has escalated its aerial and artillery bombardments to unprecedented levels, broadening its scope to include the capital, Beirut. This escalation has resulted in thousands of Lebanese casualties and forced over a million people to flee their homes. Source: Qatar News Agency
