Manama, Yousif bin Saleh Al Saleh, the Jaafari Endowments Chairman, hailed the decree issued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, pardoning 457 inmates in celebration of the Silver Jubilee of His Majesty's Accession. Al Saleh affirmed that the Royal Decree reflects His Majesty's care for the people of Bahrain, including convicted citizens. He said the pardon emodoied values such as promoting national unity, social solidarity, and family reunification, which highlight Bahrain's culture of forgiveness and tolerance. He noted that this pardon reaffirms HM the King's commitment to safeguarding the stability and cohesion of Bahraini families and society, ensuring the participation of all in the nation's development. Furthermore, the Jaafari Endowments Chairman valued the ongoing efforts of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and Prime Minister, in supporting initiatives for Bahrain's benefit, incl uding developmental programmes across various sectors. He expressed deep appreciation for the dedicated efforts of HRH the Crown Prince and Team Bahrain in shaping the Kingdom's future and providing meaningful opportunities for the youth. He further extended his gratitude to General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, and all national entities involved in implementing the Royal Decree, recognising their efforts to strengthen social unity through these initiatives.
