Amman - Ma'an - Today, Sunday, the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army carried out 5 airdrops of humanitarian and food aid, targeting a number of sites in the northern Gaza Strip. The airdrops included relief and humanitarian aid to support people in the Gaza Strip, as a result of the ongoing Israeli war on the Strip. A plane belonging to the Royal Jordanian Air Force, a plane belonging to the Arab Republic of Egypt, two planes belonging to the United States of America, and a plane belonging to the Federal Republic of Germany participated in the aid landing operation. The Jordanian Armed Forces confirmed that it 'continues to send humanitarian and medical aid via an air bridge to be delivered via aid planes from Marka Airport towards Al-Arish International Airport, or through airdrops into the Gaza Strip or ground aid convoys, to help the people in the Gaza Strip overcome the difficult conditions.' 'And as an embodiment of the spirit of cooperation and solidarity between the two brotherly peoples.' The number of airdrops carried out by the Jordanian Armed Forces since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has reached 92 airdrops, and 231 airdrops in cooperation with several countries.
