Kuwait, Kuwait witnessed a power outage due to a surge in peak summer demand for electricity and sweltering summer conditions, where temperatures have risen higher than normal levels. The Ministry of Electricity and Water has taken pre-emptive steps, including brief interruptions of power, to keep stability in the national power grid, KUNA reported.
