Gaza - Ma'an - Dozens of citizens, including children and women, were killed and injured on Monday evening as a result of the ongoing Israeli shelling of various areas in the Gaza Strip, especially the governorates of Gaza, Khan Yunis and Rafah. Health sources reported that 14 martyrs arrived at Nasser Medical Complex since the morning as a result of the ongoing occupation bombing of Khan Yunis and Rafah. Press sources in the Gaza Strip confirmed the martyrdom of journalist Ali Ta'ima when the occupation bombed a civilian vehicle in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Yunis. The official agency quoted paramedics from the Palestinian Red Crescent confirming that 3 martyrs and a number of injuries were transferred to Kamal Adwan Hospital in the camp after an Israeli missile targeted a food stall in Al-Houja Street in Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip. Local sources reported that 4 martyrs were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a vehicle west of Khan Yunis, shortly after 4 martyrs and a number of wounded arrived at the Kuwait Field Hospital as a result of the occupation's bombing of Al-Nasr Street in the Al-Mawasi area west of Rafah. Two citizens were killed in an Israeli bombardment of the Mawasi al-Qarara coastal area, northwest of Khan Yunis, according to medical sources. The occupation also raided the vicinity of Nasser Hospital and near Abu Hamid roundabout in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, which resulted in the injury of at least two citizens. Earlier this afternoon, five citizens were killed and others were injured in an Israeli occupation forces' shelling of the Gaza City beach. They were transferred to the Baptist Hospital in the city. In a preliminary toll, the number of martyrs since the beginning of the occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7 has risen to 40,435, and the number of wounded to 93,534, the majority of whom are children and women.
