Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Tuesday will be relatively hot daytime, with chance of local rainy clouds maybe thundery to the north by noon, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected thunder rain associated with strong wind and poor visibility to the north. Offshore, the weather will be hazy at first, with scattered clouds to partly cloudy with chance of scattered rain maybe thundery to the north by noon, the report added, warning of expected thunder rain with strong wind and high sea by noon to the north. Wind inshore will be northeasterly to southeasterly at a speed of 05 - 15 KT, reaching 25 KT with thundery rain. Offshore, it will be northeasterly to southeasterly at a speed of 05 - 15 KT, gusting to 28 KT to the north by noon. Sea state inshore will be 1 - 3 feet, rising to 5 feet with thunder rain; while offshore will be 2 - 4 feet, rising to 9 feet with thunder rain. Visibility inshore and offshore will be 4 - 8 km/ 2 km or less with thundery rain.
