Doha: HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met on Tuesday with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Togo Robert Dussey, on the sidelines of the Global Security Forum.
