Doha: The Ministry of Culture and the National Press and Publication Administration (NPPA) of the People's Republic of China signed on Sunday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in translation and publishing fields. The MoU was signed by Assistant Undersecretary for Cultural Affairs at the Ministry of Culture Dr. Ghanem bin Mubarak Al Ali on behalf of the Ministry of Culture and HE Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the State of Qatar Cao Xiaolin on behalf of the NPPA.
