Doha: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar and the Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights announced a partnership aimed at enhancing welfare and well-being within Ukraine. The State of Qatar announced that it will commit $3,000,000 to support the vital work carried out by the Commissioners Office. The fund aims, according to a joint statement from the two sides, to support initiatives designed to improve the lives of children, citizens affected by armed conflicts, and the overall population through enhanced access to socio-economic support. Furthermore, the fund will contribute to increasing legal support and improving the necessary infrastructure required to provide the support needed for families affected by conflict in Ukraine. The Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights expressed its deep gratitude to the State of Qatar for this significant support, stressing its committed to utilizing these resources to maximize their impact on welfare and well-b eing within Ukraine.
