The Ministry of Labour (MOL) in the State of Qatar, in its official page on social media website (Facebook), announces providing 444 jobs in different specializations in 48 institutions and companies of the private sector as part of the first phase of the job localization program in the private sector via Kawader National E-Recruitment Portal.
The launch of the first phase of the job localization program in the private sector comes given that it is one of the main priorities of MOL seeking to use national labor forces, and open new horizons in the largest companies of the private sector.
MOL clarified that it is working on developing plans and policies, and consulting with the private sector institutions to increase the job localization percentages by qualifying and training the national staff, as well as studying relevant legislative options.
MOL calls upon Qatari males and females seeking jobs and wishing to work in the private sector to apply for available jobs via Kawader, and take advantage of the benefits provided by the private sector establishments for citizens within the job localization program.
