MOPH Announces Procedures on Unvaccinated Travelers When Entry through Qatar Ports

The Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) has announced that unvaccinated travelers or those who have received vaccines unapproved in the State of Qatar, or those who have not completed the 14-day period as of the date of second dose will be subject to the following procedures:

• Incomers from countries categorized in the green list: A traveler will follow a home quarantine for (5) days with conducting the RT-PCR test in a center affiliated with Primary Health Care Corporation on the fourth day. Then, he/she will be discharged on the fifth day if the test result will be negative.

• Incomers from countries categorized in the yellow list: A traveler will follow a hotel quarantine for (7) days with conducting the RT-PCR test (at the traveler's expense) at a hotel on the sixth day. Then, she/she will be discharged on the seventh day if the test result will be negative.

• Incomers from countries categorized in the red list: A traveler will follow a hotel quarantine for (10) days with conducting the PCR test at a hotel (at the traveler's expense) on the ninth day. Then, she/she will be discharged on the tenth day if the test result will be negative.
