Jerusalem - Ma'an - Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah said that Israel attacked Beirut's southern suburbs a few weeks ago, crossing all red lines. He added, "The Israeli enemy is the one who caused the escalation on the southern front." He said that the haste in responding to the assassination of leader Fouad Shukr could have meant failure. He continued: We were studying whether the axis of resistance would respond at the same time, and we waited until we gave a chance to negotiations regarding Gaza. He said: As a result of the consultation, we decided to carry out our operation individually for considerations that will become apparent with time. He continued: The resistance has no interest in delaying the response and the enemy's state of alert continues, pointing out that "the enemy began its raids half an hour before our operation, which indicates that it did not have intelligence information." He said: All the talk of the enemy's officials about great military and security achievements is a lie to the Israelis. "We are facing a false Israeli narrative and an intelligence failure, and our operation was successful," he said. He said, "The enemy is talking about hundreds of raids, but they only hit two missile launch pads. He stressed that Israel lied when it talked about destroying our strategic missiles, knowing that we did not use them and may use them in the future." He said, "The enemy's narrative is full of lies, and Israel, which considers itself the strongest in the region, has begun to resort to lying because of its weakness." "We fired 340 Katyusha rockets at Israeli bases and barracks," he said. Source: Maan News Agency
