Palestinian Martyred, Others Injured in Confrontations with Occupation Forces in West Bank

One Palestinian was martyred and another was injured by the Israeli occupation gunfire in the village of Budrus, west of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, at dawn Thursday.

According to Palestinian news agency (WAFA), confrontations broke out after the occupation forces stormed Budrus amidst live fire, killing Jibril Awad and wounding another.

In Bethlehem, four Palestinians were injured by live bullets, including a child seriously, while others were arrested during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces in the Dheisheh camp, south of Bethlehem, in the early hours of Thursday.

Palestinian security sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the camp and confronted with the Palestinians. The occupation soldiers fired live bullets, gas bombs and stun grenades, seriously injuring a 14-year-old child in the head, and three others.

The occupation forces also arrested a number of citizens in the camp, the sources added.
