A Palestinian young man was shot and injured at dawn on Thursday by the Israeli occupation forces' live bullets as they stormed the city of Jenin. The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted local sources as saying that the Israeli occupation forces wounded the young man after clashes erupted in the city's Jabriyat neighbourhood. Ambulances were prevented from reaching the victim. The Israeli occupation forces have escalated, in recent weeks, their raids and incursions into Palestinian villages and towns in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, and have also increased the pace of their arrests of Palestinian activists and youth.
