PHCC Raises Percentage of Face-to-Face Consultations

The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) announced that starting from today, health centers will be providing face-to-face consultations at 75% of the capacity covering all services, such as the Family Medicine Model, general and specialized dental services, and all other specialized services.

The corporation will also continue to provide virtual consultations, based on the patient's preference, while the Rawdat Al Khail Health Centre will continue to operate as a health center dedicated to Covid-19. Drive-through swabbing services will continue to be provided at PHCC health centers from 4pm to 11pm seven days a week, while the Lusail drive-through testing and vaccination center was closed yesterday.

The PHCC is taking strict preventive measures to control the spread of Covid-19 virus and ensure safety. These measures include the smart scheduling of appointments, use of personal protective equipment, social distancing, and regular virus checks for all workers and employees, as well as maintaining strict hygiene and disinfection protocols.
