Doha: The Police Academy, represented by the Police Officers Institute, concluded on Thursday a course on investigation through open sources for counter-terrorism. The workshop was organized by the Institute in cooperation with the National Counter-Terrorism Committee and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) at the headquarters of the Arab and International Police Communication Department. The last day was attended by the Secretary of the National Counter-Terrorism Committee Colonel Khalid Ali Al Kaabi and the Director of the Police Officers Institute Colonel Naif Mohammed Al Mannai. The week-long course featured 16 participants from various bodies and lectures were given by experts from the Counter-Terrorism Department of the INTERPOL. Source: Qatar News Agency
