Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met in Doha on Tuesday with Head of the Political Bureau of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) Dr. Ismail Haniyeh and Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement, Ziyad Al Nakhalah. The meeting discussed the response of Hamas and the Palestinian factions to the recent truce proposal, the developments in the Gaza Strip and the Occupied Palestinian Territories, in addition to the ongoing mediation efforts to end the war on the Strip.
