Doha: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is organizing the second international policy roundtable entitled "Combating Islamophobia and Anti-Semitism - A New Ground for Understanding and Policies" on June 9 and 10. HE Director of the Policy Planning Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Fahad Al Khater, told Qatar News Agency that holding this roundtable comes within the framework of the State of Qatar's efforts to combat discrimination and racism. The roundtable discusses several topics, primarily the junction between Islamophobia and anti-Semitism, and the perspectives on combating hatred in art, culture, society, and geopolitics. Over six sessions, the event will also examine a set of topics with the participation of about 30 experts in Islamophobia and anti-Semitism studies from universities and research institutions in the US, Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, and the Arab world.
