The State of Qatar participated in the 37th session of the General Assembly of the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD), in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott.
The State of Qatar was represented in the General Assembly by a delegation headed by the Director of the Food Security Department at the Ministry of Municipality Dr. Masoud Jarallah Al-Marri, and with the participation of the Charge d'Affairs at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Mauritania Fahad Salem Al Dosari.
The work of the General Assembly of the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development dealt, at the expert level, with studying the agricultural situation and food security in light of the current conditions at the regional and international levels and the size of the challenges facing the Arab organization.
