HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the State of Libya Khalid Mohammed bin Zabin Al Dosari asserted that the State of Qatar's support for the brothers in Libya, after the devastating floods caused by the storm "Daniel', stems from its firm positions and a continuation of its established approach of solidarity and support for brothers and friends in various circumstances.
In Remarks to QNA, His Excellency said that under the generous directives of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the State of Qatar operated an air bridge to support the brothers in Libya, carrying food and medical aid and a field hospital with more than 160 beds presented by the Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS), Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) and other entities in the State.
He explained that this continued Qatari assistance to the brotherly Libyan people confirms the ongoing support of the Qatari leadership, government and people, to the brothers to Libya.
HE Ambassador Khalid Mohammed bin Zabin Al Dosari noted that Qatar has always been standing by the sisterly state of Libya in all crises, and supporting it in various circumstances, stressing the depth of the fraternal relations binding the two countries and the two brotherly peoples.
