Qatar's swimming team won 8 medals on Wednesday (1 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze) at the end of the 3rd Arab Aquatic Championships - Cairo 2024. Adam Abdullah won gold in the 200m breaststroke race for the 13-14 age group. The four silver medals were won by Mohammed Aziz in the 100m butterfly race for the 15-16 age group, Tamim Mohammed in the 100m butterfly race for the 17-18 age group, Abdullah Al Khalidi in the 200m breaststroke race for the same age group, and the relay team consisting of Abdullah Al Khalidi, Ahmed Mohammed, Abdullah Ahmed and Tamim Mohammed in the 4x100m medley race for the 17-18 age group. The three bronze medals were won by Hamza Mahmoud in the 200m breaststroke for the 15-16 age group, Marwan Ahmed in the 100m backstroke for the same age group, and the relay team consisting of Mohammed Aziz, Marwan Ahmed, Hamza Mahmoud and Ziad Abdullah in the 4x100m medley for the 15-16 age group.
