Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange index rose 27.14 points, or 0.27%, at the beginning of trading on Sunday, reaching 10,080 points compared to Thursday's closing. QSE general index was supported by a rise in all sectors: Insurance by 0.86%; Consumer Goods and Services by 0.78%; Industrials by 0.63%; Banks and Financial Services by 0.12%; Real Estate by 0.12%; Telecoms by 0.07%; and Transportation by 0.02%. By 10:00 am, 23.939 million shares were traded in 1,531 transactions valued QR 35.660 million. Source: Qatar News Agency
