Doha: Qatar's Regulatory Authority for Charitable Activities (RACA) in partnership with the Qatar University (QU), is due to organize the 2nd training forum under the title of charitable work strategy in the State of Qatar and transition towards the future, on Monday. The event will bring together a host of officials specialized in strategic planning, quality, and projects in the charitable organizations in the State of Qatar. The three-day forum will be held at the auditorium of QU's Library and features five workshops during which 12 working papers will be presented, in addition to key remarks given by lecturers from RACA, Qatar Red Crescent Society, Qatar Charity, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (DI) and the National Planning Council. The research papers will tackle the strategies of charitable, humanitarian and development work in the State of Qatar, developments in the international coope ration with respect to charitable work, strategic performance management of humanitarian initiatives in complex environments, the strategic perspective of Qatar's response to humanitarian crises and disasters worldwide, building the capacities of the third sector organizations in Qatar and ways to upgrade the plan of annual outcomes.
