Manama, The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has announced the launch of the second edition of the Bahrain Real Estate Innovation Competition, part of the National Real Estate Sector Plan 2021-2024. Sponsored by Infracorp and Diyar Al Muharraq, the competition focuses on innovative solutions, sustainability, and real estate technology. The initiative offers participants a platform to implement their ideas into reality, while also providing opportunities for collaboration with key players in Bahrain's real estate sector. Registration will be open to all citizens from 10 September to 12 October through RERA's website (rera.gov.bh). Winners will receive cash prizes of $20,000, $12,000, and $8,000. The awards will be presented at Cityscape Bahrain 2024 in November. This initiative aims to support Bahraini talent and promote sustainable real estate development, in line with Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030. Source: Bahrain News Agency
