Manama, Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, commended Bahrain's charity initiatives and efforts in promoting humanitarian work, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. In a statement marking the International Day of Charity, Al Saleh commended the government's efforts, headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to enhance social responsibility and charitable programmes. Al Saleh commended the contributions of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), led by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King's Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of RHF, in advancing Bahrain's charitable contributions both regionally and internationally.
