The meeting discussed the ministry's key services supporting the elderly and people with disabilities, focusing on empowering these groups through various programmes and initiatives aimed at enhancing their well-being. Al Asfoor praised WHO's efforts in promoting healthy lifestyles and emphasised the ministry's dedication to supporting various societal groups, particularly the elderly and people with disabilities, as part of the National Strategies for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities, in collaboration with multiple sectors.
