The Ministry of Social Development signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Bahrain Society for Children with Behavioral and Communication Difficulties. The agreement aimed at enhancing vocational and craft rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities, transforming their abilities into a productive force within society. This initiative is part of a broader community partnership involving public, civil, and private sectors to support and improve the quality of services provided to this group. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, highlighted the importance of community partnerships in achieving national goals and improving social and developmental services, particularly for those with disabilities. He praised the cooperation with the Society for their role in promoting active social participation and responsibility. Shaikha Rania bint Ali Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Society, commended the ministry's efforts to support people with disabilities, safeguard their rights, and ensure their full integration into society.
