QALQILYA - Ma'an - Israeli occupation forces launched a raid on homes in the town of Habla, south of Qalqilya, early Tuesday morning, and turned a number of homes into military barracks. Eyewitnesses reported that the occupation forces arrested a number of young men, the names of whom are known so far: Muhtadi Zein Mardawi, Iyad Nafi Mardawi, Adi Bassam Mardawi, Mahran Bassam Mardawi, Samer Odeh Farsakh. They were taken to an unknown location after searching their homes and tampering with their contents. Citizens confirmed that during the search operation, the occupation soldiers stole money and gold jewelry from a number of houses that were raided, while one of the town's councils, the Awda family council, was turned into a military barracks and a center for the presence of the occupation forces.
