The Presidential Committee for Civil Peace meets with the Attorney General of the State of Palestine

Hebron - Ma'an - Today, Tuesday, the Chairman of the Presidential Committee for Civil Peace, the leader of the Fatah movement, Lafi Ghaith, held a meeting with the Attorney General of the State of Palestine, Counselor Akram Al-Khatib, in his office in Ramallah, in the presence of Brigadier General Dr. Hijazi Al-Jabari, and members of the committee, the economic advisor and member of the Board of Directors of the Hebron Chamber. Leader Ghaith praised the work carried out by the Public Prosecution, its role in preserving rights, and its tireless work to achieve justice. He stressed that the law is the decisive factor between all citizens, and they must resort to the competent authorities to obtain their rights, stressing that everyone is equal before the law. For his part, Counselor Hassouna spoke about some of the issues that disrupt the economic wheel, including bounced checks. Stressing that the economy cannot stabilize and grow in the absence of law and law enforcement personnel, and this requires everyone to make more efforts to preserve the achievements that have been achieved and move forward towards a bright future. For his part, Al-Bakri spoke about the complementary role between the security services, the Public Prosecution and the judiciary, stressing that the procedures for litigation and deciding cases, which take a long time in many of them, cause a state of confusion in society, stressing the importance of quickly deciding cases between people. During the meeting, they talked about the importance of communication between members of the Public Prosecution and representatives of the local community, to consolidate cooperation in serving justice, and several topics of interest to citizens and businessmen were also discussed.
