Manama, The Prime Minister's Fellowship Program today hosted a gathering for current fellows and alumni of the Program. The gathering was organised to highlight the importance of enhancing the programme's outcomes, in line with the visions and aspirations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. The gathering further highlighted the importance of continuing to enhance and empower the contributions of Bahraini professionals to the Kingdom's comprehensive development, and serves as a testament to the commitment of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to invest in Bahraini citizens and recognise their active role in supporting the Kingdom's advancement. The PM Fellowship *Program* receives the direct support and follow-up of His Royal Highness at all stages. His Royal Highness recently directed the formation of a committee tasked with following up with the programme's alumni in accordance with the programme's goals and objectives. The Program has su cceeded in creating a group of national leaders who participate in the development and advancement of the Kingdom. Since its inception in 2015, the programme continues to have a notable impact on government operations, with 110 graduates, a number of which assuming executive positions within government. The Prime Minister's Fellowship Program attracts young Bahraini professionals working in the public sector, to enrich their experiences in a competitive, challenging, year-long training programme that upskills and re-skills young leaders through increased exposure to the Kingdom's decision makers and the decision-making process.
