Manama, Nouf Abdulrahman Jamsheer, Chairwoman of the Government Land Investment Committee and Undersecretary for Research and Projects in the Office of the Prime Minister, announced the launch of three new investment opportunities on the Government Land Investment Platform. Jamsheer highlighted that these investment opportunities aim to attract high-quality investments by strengthening partnerships with the private sector. This initiative is expected to enhance the private sector's contributions alongside the public sector in providing diverse services and creating promising opportunities for investors and developers, while supporting projects that meet the needs of Bahrain's citizens and residents. She explained that the investment opportunities include residential land in Salman City, Northern Governorate. The first plot, measuring 4,561 square metres, is designated for the development of 24 residential villas. The second plot, at 13,891 square metres, is intended for the development of 69 residential vil las. The third opportunity involves a plot of 8,129 square metres for the development of 44 residential villas. Applications for these investment opportunities will remain open until February 19, 2025. Jamsheer also noted that interested parties can submit bids via the Government Land Investment Platform website at investmentland.gov.bh, where detailed information on the available properties is provided.
