Turkish National Defense Ministry announced on Sunday that Turkish security forces neutralized nine PKK militants in northern Iraq.
The ministry added in a statement that the militants were targeted by an airstrike in the Operation Claw-Lock zone.
Turkiye launched Operation Claw-Lock in April 2022 to target the PKK's hideouts in the Metina, Zap, and Avasin-Basyan regions of northern Iraq.
