Two Injured, Nine Arrested in Israeli Occupation Raids in West Bank

Two Palestinians were injured during an Israeli forces raid in Nablus on Tuesday, and nine Palestinians were detained from Bethlehem and Nablus in the West Bank.

A medical source at the Red Crescent said that one person was shot in the pelvis by a live bullet and another was injured in the eye by shrapnel. Both were admitted to a hospital in Nablus for treatment.

The occupation forces stormed several neighborhoods in Nablus - amid live bullets, tear gas, and sound bombs, during which they arrested six Palestinians from their homes after they searched them.

Security sources indicated that the occupation forces arrested three Palestinians from Bethlehem after they raided and searched the homes of their relatives.

Over the past few weeks, occupation forces have escalated their raids and incursions into Palestinian villages and towns in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem. They also increased their arrests of Palestinian activists and youths.
