His Excellency Saeed Thani Hareb Al Dhaheri, UAE Ambassador to Türkiye, participated in a ceremony held at the Presidential Complex in the capital Ankara, in the presence of His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the President of the Republic of Türkiye, on the occasion of the Victory Day anniversary, which is marked on August 30th every year.
The Republic of Türkiye commemorated on Wednesday the 101st anniversary of the victory over the Allied and Greek forces on August 30th, 1922, which is a national holiday in Türkiye and Northern Cyprus. The ceremony included the display of congratulatory messages to military units, with HE President Erdogan meeting with a number of senior officials and accredited ambassadors to the Republic of Türkiye.
