WOQOD Reports 7% Net Profit Decline in First Nine Months of 2023
Doha, The net profits of Qatar Fuel (WOQOD) decreased by 7 percent in the first nine months of 2023, reaching QR 711.6 million compared to QR 762.8 million in the same period of 2022.
The decline in net profits and earnings per share is attributed to supply and demand factors in the petroleum products, according to a statement issued by the company and published on the Qatar Stock Exchange's website on Wednesday.
The company added that the Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.72 as of Sep. 30. 2023, comparted to EPS of QR 0.77 for the same period in 2022.
